Lyrics Pop-out playerPlaylist

Ma l'amore no,
l'amore mio non può
disperdersi nel vento con le rose
tanto è forte che non cederà,
non sfiorirà.
Io lo veglierò,
io lo difenderò
da tutte quelle insidie velenose
che vorrebbero strapparlo al cuor,
povero amor.

Forse te ne andrai
da altre donne le carezze cercherai
- ahimè! -
e se tornerai
già sfiorita ogni bellezza troverai
in me.

Ma l'amore no,
l'amore mio non può
dissolversi con l'oro dei capelli
finch'io vivo sarà vivo in me,
solo per te.

Forse te ne andrai
da altre donne le carezze cercherai
- ahimè! -
e se tornerai
già sfiorita ogni bellezza troverai
in me.

Ma l'amore no,
l'amore mio non può
dissolversi con l'oro dei capelli
finch'io vivo sarà vivo in me,
solo per te

Madonna has broken every available radio,
video, sales, and box-office record, racking
up no fewer than 29 Top Ten singles, 11 of
those reaching No. 1. Her most recent chart
topper, 1994's "Take A Bow," lodged in the
top spot for seven consecutive weeks and
beat the performance of her 1984
breakthrough, "Like A Virgin," which had a
six-week run at the top. All told, Madonna's
No. 1 and No. 2 singles have spent a total of
40 weeks at the top of the charts -- almost a
solid year of uninterrupted hits. In one
period in the late eighties, she racked up six
straight Top 5 singles, beating the Beatles'
old record for back-to-back chart toppers.

Bublé has certainly achieved success on that front. As with his previous two 143/Reprise bestsellers, 2003’s self-titled debut and 2005’s multi-platinum follow-up It’s Time, Call Me Irresponsible boasts more of Bublé’s buoyant, modern interpretations of standards from a variety of eras, including songs by such greats as Leonard Cohen, Eric Clapton, Cy Coleman, Gamble and Huff, and others, as well as two self-penned originals, including the first single, the uplifting love song called “Everything.”

Damian Marley, was born on July 21, 1978 in Kingston, Jamaica, and is the youngest male child of reggae legend Bob Marley, and the only child born to Marley and Cindy Breakspeare, the Miss World 1976. Damian's nickname is Junior Gong which is derived from his father's nickname of Tuff Gong. A talented artist in his own right, Damian has been performing since the age of 13. He shares with his brothers and sisters a full-time career in the Marley family business, music. Unlike his brothers and sisters, however, his musical specialty is "deejaying", the Jamaican style of "rapping" which some consider a predecessor of modern hip-hop. He is very much at home in this element, as his stage presence attests, and he is also an adept song-writer. Damian frequently tours with his brothers Julian and Stephen, who are both members
of the Ghetto Youths Crew, their own band.

1990 LIVE at ARSENIO HALL SHOW

Poison is an American rock band which originally achieved popular success in the late 1980s and early 1990s. The band has sold over 25 million records to date worldwide.

Formed by a group of aspiring rock musicians from Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, Poison moved to Los Angeles, California in search of fame. The band's roots, and those of glam metal in general, lay in America's east, and in particular, the sounds and images associated with the New York Dolls, KISS, Boston, Aerosmith, and Cheap Trick. These influences were transplanted to California in the late 1970s, mutated following the release of Van Halen's debut in 1978, and ultimately ignited into a colourful music scene on L.A.'s Sunset Strip in the 1980s. The band's later work would also exhibit a Southern rock and blues influence.

Poison's music is characterised by straightforward melodies and catchy guitar riffs. The band's tunes are often not remembered as well as their garish costumes, overblown hair, feminizing make-up, and frenetic stageshow, all delivered via the metal-heavy MTV of the mid to late 1980s. To many, Poison was the epitome of the Sunset Strip glam metal scene. For their fans, this meant a straightforward celebration of hedonism; for their critics, it meant music which was uninspired and unimportant.

Poison began life in 1984 under the name Paris and consisted of vocalist Bret Michaels, bassist Bobby Dall, guitarist Matt Smith and drummer Rikki Rockett. Moving to Los Angeles in 1985, they started playing the club circuit. The name Poison was picked by the band after a T-shirt worn by drummer Mick Shrimpton in This is Spinal Tap, as the band knew that they fit the stereotypes of rock stars in the movie.

Smith, who was about to father a child and was concerned about the band's future, returned to Pennsylvania. The band began auditioning replacement guitarists when Smith left the group. After narrowing down the candidates to three - Slash, who would later join Guns N' Roses, Steve Silva from The Joe Perry Project, and C.C. DeVille - the band eventually agreed that DeVille's "fire" made him the best choice.

Poison's second album, Open Up And Say...Ahh!, which was released on May 21, 1988 (see 1988 in music) would ultimately go on to sell 8 million copies worldwide. The record included the band's biggest hit, "Every Rose Has Its Thorn," along with other top 10 hits, "Nothin' But A Good Time", "Fallen Angel" and the Loggins and Messina cover "Your Mama Don't Dance." The album had created a controversy with its initial cover, a depiction of a female demonic figure with an apparently obscenely long tongue (depicted at bottom of page). A censored version of the cover followed, focusing on the figure's eyes.

Blog EntryI want some moreApr 22, '07 5:52 PM
for everyone

Dati bago ako bumili ng album sinisiguro kong magugustuhan ko lahat ng kanta, or at least  70% ng songs ay gusto ko. Pero ngayon, for the first time after two years I bought 2 CDs within a week na hindi ako familiar sa mga kanta! Matagal na kaya akong walang planong bumili ng CD, at album ng mga di ko gaanong naririnig!!! Mp3, mp4 na ang uso ngayon pero CD?! I feel so outdated. And yet, I'm enjoying my GTO TV Animation Original Soundtrack, and Typecast's Every Moss and Cobweb.

Feel kong sabihin 'yung linya ni Kirsten Dunst sa Interview with a Vampire..."I want some more," gusto ko pa ng bagong tunog.

Next on my list: L'arc En~ciel's Smile, Faspich
